What We Collect

When you make a purchase, we collect the name or text you choose to submit, an optional email address for your receipt and certificate link, and payment information handled directly by Stripe (we do not receive or store your full card number).

The Name You Submit Is Public and Permanent

The name/text you choose to have recorded is written to a public blockchain and is permanently and publicly visible to anyone, forever. Do not submit anything you do not want permanently public.

How We Use Your Information

We use your email, if provided, to send your receipt and certificate link, and to contact you about your order if something goes wrong (for example, a failed on-chain recording). We do not sell your personal information.

Third Parties

Payments are processed by Stripe, subject to Stripe's own privacy policy. Blockchain infrastructure providers process the technical transaction that records your entry on-chain; they do not receive your email or payment details.

Data Retention

We retain order records (name submitted, email if provided, payment status) for as long as necessary for accounting, legal, and support purposes. The on-chain record itself cannot be deleted by us or anyone, by the nature of the blockchain.

Your Choices

You may request a copy of the account-level information we hold about you (excluding the on-chain record itself, which is public and immutable) by contacting us.
